- Workout for Mental Wellness not just your Waistline: Can you do more workouts than nights out this week? Even a 20 minute walk will count.
- Put your Own Oxygen Mask on First*: Can you complete 1 act of self-care? How about a hot shower with these aromatherapy steamers? Doesn’t that sound delightful?
- A Good Day Starts with a Good Night’s Sleep: Can you set yourself up for 1 better night sleep this week at bedtime (maybe 10pm and no booze before hand?) and take some time to quiet your mind by playing some nature sounds to relax or start with just 3 minutes of meditation with a Mindfulness app? If you have an Amazon Echo try, “Alexa, play nature sounds for sleep.” Ahhhh…
