Mobile apps provide a great way to support your daily practice of well-being. Here are some of my favorites...

There are a tremendous number of great tools out there to support practicing a wellness-based lifestyle and I wanted to share a short list of some of my favorite mobile apps, in particular.  Of course, the App Store is full of many more great choices.  What are yours?

To support your research and knowledge of healthier products:

  • EWG Healthy Living
  • Think Dirty

To support your fitness goals:

  • Peloton
  • iWatch Activity

To drive your meditation practice:

  • Insight Timer
  • Mindfulness

To track your daily mindset to uncover trends and insights to consider:

  • Daylio

To help you sleep:

  • Oura (you must purchase the ring that goes with this app)
  • Headspace (this is in the meditation category as well)

To plan your grocery shopping and cook more at home:

  • Plan to Eat
  • Epicurious

Join me in practicing a wellness-based lifestyle to work towards better balance, happiness and sustainability!
